A job that doesn’t feel like a job (but, like, it IS a job)

Steward Group is not your typical financial office. Sure, we do financial planning, manage investments, and all that serious money stuff—but we’re really in the business of making people feel good (our clients and our team) about their future.

If you want a corporate job where you clock in, do the bare minimum, and count down the seconds until 5 PM—this ain’t it.

But if you want to work with a group of fun, kind, ridiculously supportive humans who genuinely love one another (and who also happen to be absolute rock stars at what they do), please keep reading.

Because we’re hiring, and if you think you’ll fit in around here, we want you.

♥️ Who We Are

At Steward Group, we help people make smart financial decisions so they can live well.

We guide wealth for good, which means we care about more than just numbers—we care about people, their stories, and making the world a little bit better every day.

And that same level of care and attention goes into our team.

We believe in:

  • Hiring exemplary humans who actually like working with other exemplary humans.
  • Flexibility because life doesn’t fit into neat and tidy little time slots.
  • Creating a workplace people want to work in (shocking)
  • Making work fun. We do serious work, but let’s be honest—life’s too short for work to feel like work ALL the damn time.

• • • • • • • • • • •

♥️ Why You’ll Love It Here

🥰 You’ll become part of a work family, not just a “team.”
We actually like each other. We celebrate wins, go out for pizza, check in when someone’s struggling, and yes—we will 100% celebrate your birthday, and Suzanne will ask you to dress up for Halloween!

🤗 We care about you as a whole entire person.
Got a kid’s soccer game? A weird mole you’re freaked out about? A personal emergency? Go. Work is important, but so is life. You matter to us beyond what you do when you’re at your desk.

👟You can wear sneakers to work.
Dress for respect, not for discomfort. We want clients to feel at ease, and we want you to feel comfortable doing your best work.

💖 You’ll literally get paid to make people’s lives better.
At Steward Group, we don’t chase targets just for the sake of it. We show up every single day to help clients feel better, safer, and more confident about their future.

♥️ Who We’re Looking For

We don’t hire robots, finance bros, or people who take themselves too seriously.

We hire great humans first, skills second. (Bonus if you’re the whole package.)

  • You’re a team player. Lone wolves need not apply. We support, we collaborate, and lift each other up.
  • You give a damn. About your work, our clients, and the people around you.
  • You bring good vibes. We’re a workplace that thrives on energy, positivity, and mutual respect.
  • You want to grow. Stagnation is NOT our thing. If you love learning, improving, and taking on new challenges, we’re gonna get along swimmingly.
  • You’re fun to be around. Work is a big part of life. We believe in making it a place where we actually enjoy showing up.

The most exciting parts of this job:

The #StewCrew is tight. Our office is warm, chill, and positive. We’ll celebrate your birthday, include you in conferences, introduce you to all of our clients, hug you when you’re sad, etc. Our culture is our magic, so we’re looking for chemistry and fit ahead of technical skills. If you’re chosen for an interview, it’s SUPER important that you come as you are, because we need to make sure we vibe. You would be joining the best group of people you could meet, and we can’t afford to mess with that.

🤗 You matter to us as a human.
When something comes up in your life that takes priority over work, just tell us about it, and we’ll work around it!
